About the Role
The Safety & Compliance Supervisor ensures that all cleaning operations adhere to health, safety, and regulatory standards across commercial, industrial, and residential projects. This role develops, implements, and monitors safety protocols, conducts inspections, and trains staff on compliance procedures. The supervisor works closely with management and clients to maintain a safe and legally compliant work environment.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and enforce safety and compliance policies for all cleaning operations.
Conduct regular inspections of worksites to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
Train cleaning staff on proper use of equipment, chemicals, and PPE.
Investigate and report workplace incidents or safety violations.
Maintain records of safety audits, incidents, and compliance documentation.
Collaborate with management to update protocols based on regulatory changes.
Promote a culture of safety and accountability among all employees.
Qualifications:
Experience in safety supervision, compliance, or related field in commercial cleaning or industrial settings.
Strong knowledge of occupational health, safety, and sanitation standards.
