About the Role
The Lead Commercial Cleaner is responsible for performing and overseeing cleaning tasks at commercial, industrial, and residential sites. This role ensures that cleaning operations meet the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and safety. The Lead Cleaner guides junior staff, monitors work performance, and ensures client satisfaction through attention to detail and adherence to company protocols.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality cleaning tasks, including floors, carpets, windows, restrooms, and high-touch areas.
Supervise and guide junior cleaning staff to ensure work meets company standards.
Conduct inspections and report on completed work.
Follow health, safety, and sanitation protocols at all times.
Assist in training new team members.
Maintain and care for cleaning equipment and supplies.
Coordinate with supervisors and clients to address any special cleaning requests.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in commercial or industrial cleaning.
